Alico Funds Central Europe správ. spol., a.s. responsibly approaches protection of the data, which were offered to its information system in order to keep records of investors and shareholders. In the company’s information system there are only personal data of bodies corporate and natural persons in the position of investors, shareholders and, potentially, their legal and statutory representatives and authorized representatives with their provable consent. Personal data are not published, provided or open up to any unauthorized person, whether in the territory of the Slovak Republic, or abroad.
