Investment strategy: Fund invests its assets to exchange traded funds (ETF) covering main equity indices of developed countries around the world. Fund implements semi-active investment strategy, as the fund does not invest directly into the individual shares. Only small part of portfolio is represented by cash instruments.
Purpose of the fund is to provide long term appreciation of the value of assets on at least five year horizon, mainly resulting from capital gains of the equity investments.
Calculation of mutual fund asset value – the asset management company performs valuation of mutual fund assets daily per each working day. Mutual fund asset value is determined in accordance with Act No 203/2011 Coll. on Collective Investing as amended by the later regulations. Asset value created by means on current, deposit and foreign currency accounts is added to the value of securities, value of receivables is added and value of liabilities is deducted. Thus we calculate the overall net asset value (NAV) in the mutual fund.
Current value of one share is determined as proportion of overall net asset value in the mutual fund to the number of shares in circulation (difference between the number of issued and returned shares).
Data on mutual fund asset value – data on mutual fund net assets value, number of issued and returned shares for the period since the previous publication of these data, on monetary sum for issued and returned shares, current share price, sale and purchase price of the share are published at least once a week in periodic national press publishing stock reports. In addition, it is possible to obtain these data at the seat of the company and at points of sale.
